2024 Association Dues
There is an annual fee for all homeowners that is due by April 1, 2024.  Email board@ccv45.com if you need a copy of the official dues letter which was distributed to all homeowners in February.

Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions
This is the original document issued by the homebuilder, Pulte, and recorded by the Township for Phase 4.  It describes the rules, restrictions, and other key things homeowners should know about their property and the subdivision.

Covenants Amendment 1
This Amendment added Phase 5 under the covenants.

Covenants Amendment 2
This Amendment added the Community Center Association (pool, tennis courts in Phase 1).

Homeowners Association By-Laws
These are the official bylaws of the Phase 4&5 Homeowners Association.  We are incorporated as a non-profit company in Michigan and thus have to work by these bylaws.

By-Laws Amendment June 2006
This Amendment changed the quorum requirements for Association meetings.
